The legal world’s leading management consultancy, Prosperant, is pleased to announce that Ian Moyler joins the firm as a principal consultant today.

A senior figure in the world of litigation, Ian has joined the firm to support projects that focus on disputes, drawing on his unique experience in the market to identify opportunities for growth and positive change. Previously, Ian was at Brick Court Chambers in London for over 30 years, with the latter 22 years as senior clerk, driving the leading set’s commercial strategy and peerless reputation for quality.

“We’re really proud to have Ian on our side, after many years of working shoulder-to-shoulder at the UK Bar, I’m excited about what we can achieve together,” said Paul Martenstyn, Founder. “His pedigree and network in this industry are going to create a huge advantage for our clients”.

“I’m delighted to be working with the team at Prosperant” said Moyler. “The projects that are coming through are presenting exactly the kind of challenges I like to face. There’s a real opportunity to change the game in litigation, not just here in the UK but around the world “, he added.

Ian is the second senior addition to the Prosperant team so far this year. In February, Tina Fordham, ex-Citi geopolitical strategist to global investors and the C-Suite, joined the firm as a principal senior adviser. The team has more plans for further growth inside (and outside) of the UK over the coming months.

Martenstyn concludes: “Over the past three years, our projects have taken us all over the world, from launches in Hong Kong, funding in Canada, mergers in the Middle East and growth strategies in Australia. We need to make sure that we can deliver everywhere that our clients need to do business. That’s an exciting goal for us.”
