East Midlands based The Growth Ladder Group have launched a new and innovative on-line platform to support UK based SME’s to enable sustainable, long-term growth and business development.
Specialist Business Development Coaches Richard Ellis and Tim Ives have developed the platform to deliver the benefits of using a business growth specialist, but through self-learning, allowing business owners to develop at their own pace and at the fraction of the cost of a using a Consultant.
The platform takes you on a journey across 12 sectors, helping to identify, manage, plan, action, deliver and review your business to achieve robust and sustainable long-term growth. As well as the growth platform, there is also an on-line community zone for members to share thoughts, ideas and network with others. The Growth Ladder subscription starts at as little as £1.23 per day, however the business is currently offering 12 months worth of access for free to new users until the end of May 2018.
Ellis and Ives both bring a wealth of experience in both the Business to Business and Business to Consumer sectors having worked in many positions within the FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Apparel and Fashion, Sports and Services sectors from office to boardroom level, predominantly in Growth and Development roles.
Ellis adds “Having individually gained many years of experience in Growth and Business Development, we realised that whilst the majority of Small and Medium businesses want to achieve growth and acceleration, the business owners are time poor, or reluctant to invest in consultants. We knew that there had to be a better solution, so we set about building the Growth Ladder.
