Tim Scott releases new Single – Roller Skating

After taking up Roller Skating in 2020 and inspired by the recent resurgence in uplifting 80’s pop driven by The Weekend and Miley Cyrus. Tim created this super catchy summer anthem influenced by getting back out roller skating this last year purely as a distraction from the precarious world he faces as a professional musician. The carefree holiday feel delivers the escape that I think we are all longing for.

During the last year, Tim has focussed heavily on building and entertaining his following online via his social media channels,

“I have a need to perform, and play the guitar so I did”, Tim laughs, “I played on my balcony, under bridges in the middle of fields, in empty car parks and filmed myself doing it. The response has been amazing, with one video getting 190,000 views in 4hrs, unbelievable really”.

New Single ‘Rollor Skating’ will be released 16th March 2021.

Tim has received fantastic national reviews of his previous instrumental guitar album and single releases; with the UK and US guitar press likening his style to: Joe Satriani meets Pendulum, Jeff Beck meets Chicane with a nod dare we say it – Brian May meets Deadmau5, but, with a modern Balearic twist titled – ‘Guitar Mashing’.

Tim has also previously written guitar instrumentals for Judge Jules, played for Radio 1 in Ibiza and played live alongside the Leanne Brown (Sweet Female Attitude – Flowers), Steve Edwards (World Hold On), Lisa Millet (Bad Habit),The Body Rockers, The Freemasons, Mike Koglin, Kryder, and Herd & Fitz.Artist: Tim Scott
