Broker-dealer affiliate of US Capital Global has been engaged as lead placement agent for newly launched fixed-income bond offering.

US Capital Global Securities LLC, an affiliate of US Capital Global, in association with Sundance Strategies, Inc. (OTCQB: SUND), is offering to eligible investors an investment opportunity of up to $500 million in life insurance-linked bonds.
