Talking about the Northland boxer first, three-time New Zealand champion (7-2-2) is currently ranked No. 1 and is coming from a win against Palmerston North professional boxer Sequita Hemingway in her most recent fight in March.

Looking at the both boxers’ fight record, Daniels possesses more experience than Meleisea. Meleisea has 43 rounds of boxing, comparing to Daniels’ 86 rounds as a professional boxer.

Lani Daniels has fought in the Middleweight, Super Middleweight, Light Heavyweight and Heavyweight divisions. Meanwhile, Alrie Meleisea has only fought in the heavyweight division her whole career. However, unlike her opponent, she has fought in MMA and Kickboxing.
