Mallinson is extremely delighted to announce that following a period of extensive searching for a specialist strategic business partner, they have purchased ALS Contract Services from Agrovista, a leading supplier of agronomy advice, seed, crop protection products and precision farming services for an undisclosed fee. The acquisition will protect the long-term future of ALS and the business will provide a workforce of 35 in construction and sports pitch management across the new structure. 

The acquisition will offer great benefits to clients of both companies providing more extensive geographic coverage, a greater depth of resources and also complimentary sports pitch construction and turf management services. This new structure will provide a single point of contact and turnkey solution for companies looking to commission the services of contractors that provide a range of sports pitch construction and turfing solutions.
