The SaaSy People today announced that Kyle Hughes has been appointed as the company’s Chief Operating Officer (COO). Hughes will support CEO Reece Couchman in executing the company’s strategy and vision to become the leading provider of UK based outsourced customer support.

“Kyle understands the importance of an exceptional customer experience from his background in the customer success industry,” said Couchman. “This announcement is testament to the breadth of industry knowledge and commitment to customers and our business growth that Kyle has displayed during his time with us so far.
