Bedsure’s Product Test Program Creates Thriving Community of ‘Coziness Officers’

Over 230 product reviewers sample the brand’s best-selling items – resulting in rave reviews and invaluable research data 

 

International homeware brand Bedsure has revealed the huge success of its product testing program – with customers invited to try out a range of best-selling blankets, duvet covers, sheets and pillowcases and rate them. 

 

The program, which launched in March 2021, has seen more than 200 people from across two continents sign up to sample Bedsure’s Amazon items. 

 

More than 7,000 people applied to join the ‘Coziness Officer Tribe’, with the shortlist whittled down to 80 from the UK and 150 from the USA. 

 

Simply-designed surveys enabled participants to quickly and easily share their product use experience. Many items received rave reviews, and the program has provided invaluable feedback/research for Bedsure whilst creating a friendly community in the process. 

 

Since its launch, Bedsure’s home product testing program has given participants opportunities to experience new products, connect with each other, develop new skills, and make a positive difference. 

 

Members have been encouraged to share photographs of how they have created coziness around the home using Bedsure products. The person considered most creative is awarded the title of ‘Coziness Officer of the Month’ and given a £100 voucher to use on Bedsure products.  

The first Bedsure Coziness Officer of the Month was Lisa Hensby from the UK. 

 

Another tester, Megan O’Leary, who tried out the Waffle Weave Blanket, said she “couldn’t be happier to be part of this awesome community”.

 

“[I’m] Totally grateful for the opportunity to try the Bamboo and Cotton Waffle Weave Blanket […],” she added. “It has made sleeping the last two nights so cool and cozy! I’m happy to see so many others here are also loving their stuff.”

 

Other Coziness Officers have revealed the different ways in which they’ve used Bedsure’s home products, from snuggling up and watching TV to letting their pets test them out to caravanning around the UK. 

 

In her review, product tester Chloe Evans wrote: “I received the cotton waffle blanket. Received the product very quickly, it also came [earlier] than the estimated delivery date! 

 

“It was a lovely surprise. Initial thoughts, the blanket was very soft. My partner and my daughter tested it out straight away before I got a look in! 

 

“My daughter has actually claimed this blanket so she has been sleeping with it at night as the weather has been too hot to sleep with a duvet. She loves it! 

 

“If you want a lovely cosy blanket to snuggle up in to watch tv or read a book that is suitable for all year round, this is the one!”

 

Ersilia Di Carlo called being a Coziness Officer a “very positive experience.”

 

Describing her purchase, she wrote: “The blend of materials is brilliant as it is lightweight yet cozy and keeps you warm. It feels nice on skin! I would say it’s a must have especially in the transitional months like spring and autumn!”

 

Bedsure’s product testing group aligns with the company’s 2021 brand upgrade and its new concept of “Get Cosy Every Moment, Get Cosy Everywhere.”
