Two new appointments to Tedaisy Insurance Group’s senior management team
Tedaisy Insurance Group, made up of Intrinisa Brokers Ltd, Intrinsia Claims Ltd and Alpha Underwriting Ltd, have announced two new appointments into their senior management team to support their growth plans.
Michael Whitfield joins Tedaisy as Group Chairman and will act in a non-executive advisory capacity. Whitfield has a wealth of strategic management and consultancy experience in the financial services sector, spanning more than 40 years. As a shareholder, Whitfield also has an invested interest and is keen to drive value in the business and ensure that investors will receive a healthy return.

I’m really looking forward to helping Paul and the team take the business forward so that it can fulfil its ultimate potential” comments Whitfield.
Vicki Moses, a commercially focused growth marketer with over 15 years’ experience has been appointed as Group Director of Marketing, Digital and Brand. Having spent the majority of her career working on insurance brands, Moses is well known to the Group’s executive Directors, and up until the second UK lockdown was assisting Alpha Underwriting to strengthen their position in the travel insurance space.
In her new role, Moses takes responsibility for all aspects of the Group’s marketing and communication strategy. She will report directly to majority shareholder and Group CEO, Paul Byrne, who she worked closely with in 2014- 2017 at CYTI Ltd, to successfully grow the travel insurance comparison platform MedicalTravelCompared.co.uk.
The Group will continue to focus on their core specialisms of pet and travel insurance and are committed to creating a business that controls £100m of premium in the next five years. The new appointments are the first steps to achieving this goal. Byrne commented: “We are delighted to confirm these new appointments. Both bring a great deal of relevant experience and have the expertise to help us grow the business to the level we believe we can get to”
