Completing an apprenticeship means you would be involved with the day-to-day running’s of the company, and therefore, will meet many important people. Apprenticeships take around one to four years to complete, depending on the level, so you can imagine during this time that many contacts and rapports are established with many people within the industry and as the old age saying goes “It’s about who you know”.

Apprenticeship qualifications do not have to end at intermediate or advanced apprenticeships. Apprentices can progress further up to a degree level qualification. ESE Group would like to offer an apprentice a full-time job within the company if they have shown a high level of enthusiasm for the
