London startup Pasta Plant makes pasta healthy: plant-based protein, low carb, omega-3, gluten free

Pasta Plant was born with a simple goal: to make Italian food truly healthy. In order to do that, this London-based food tech startup has engineered a new way of combining organic superfoods into pasta.

Made of legumes, greens, root vegetables, seeds and cereals, PASTA PLANT is packed with protein as well as being certified organic, gluten free and vegan friendly. This product is a game changer particularly for athletes and for people who follow strict diets, by choice or by necessity.

With a long history of pasta-making tradition behind them, these Italians in London have managed to create a healthy, wellbeing-inducing and immune system-building superfood without sacrificing taste. It can be paired with any sauce, just as one would with traditional pasta.

What’s best, it’s 100% organic and free from allergens. A pasta that’s suitable for athletes, vegans, coeliacs, and diabetics? The answer was in nature all along. – Daniele Siro, Founder and CEO of Pasta Plant
