Doohma Announce Availability of New Point-of-Sale Advertising Solution
Doohma Ltd, the London-based ad-tech start-up, today announced the availability of their new tablet-based POS (point of sale) advertising solution.
The advertising displays are similar in size to regular domestic tablets and can be deployed quickly and easily with minimal installation effort.
The new tablet displays are primarily aimed at the convenience store sector and are installed and configured by Doohma technicians. All Doohma displays are treated with antibacterial screen protection film so that they are Covid-19 safe.
Using Doohma’s proprietary CMS (content management system) the display systems can be used for in-store promotions, as well as displaying localised advertising through Doohma’s unique self-serve platform, which allows advertisers to upload their own ads to the platform. Doohma is also integrated with Bitposter, the outdoor media marketplace, which means that it is also plugged into national ad-agencies.
Tristan O’Dwyer, strategic advisor to the Doohma board said “this is an exciting development in the evolution of Doohma’s technology offering. The relatively low unit-cost of these displays means we are now in a position to scale-up our roll-out of display solutions nationwide. This makes us much more agile than our competitors working with larger display systems while ensuring that we can still effectively target customers with strategically placed displays at high-footfall locations”.
