Swansway supporting charities when they need it most

Swansway supporting charities when they need it most

Motor Dealer, Swansway Group share the benefits of supporting fundraising that inspires people to develop themselves and to give to others.

Their family values are central to everything they do, even when it comes to supporting team members’ fund-raising for their chosen charity, in their non-work time.

They donate £100 to every member of the Swansway family who takes part in a fund-raising event, whether it means they’re: soaking in a bath of beans; skydiving from the clouds; running a marathon; or completing a Tough Mudder event with friends and colleagues, they want to support and help.

This year, even with the ongoing pandemic Swansway Group and their team want to give back during what has been a challenging year for many. During 2020 alone they have supported charities such as Macmillan by hosting office coffee mornings (adhering to all government guidelines), took part in Jeans for Genes day, as well donating to individual charities that staff have chosen to support such as Uk Guide Dogs, Dementia Society, Teenage Cancer Trust and so many more deserving charities.

Swansway Group have found that tremendous value can be created, cultivated and sustained for the organisation when everyone comes together as a team, to support each other in a way that extends beyond the workplace.

They found it’s also a great opportunity for internal networking, as they can connect with team members they may not ordinarily see, when they promote staff’s fundraising efforts internally.

In a year like 2020, now more than ever we all need to come together and support each other; the team at Swansway still have lots of community work to look forward to with their seventh Santa Patrol Christmas toy donations, Elf Day and Christmas Jumper Day!

With 23 car dealerships across the North West and Midlands, the Swansway team are bound to be fundraising in a town near you soon!
