BROTHERS LAUNCH NEW ESTATE AGENCY IN WEYBRIDGE, SURREY
The Belcher brothers join forces with the Hemming brothers to launch a new estate agency, Vision Properties in Weybridge, Surrey.
Financial advisors at Resolve Financial Solutions, Stuart, and Iain Belcher felt local people deserved a traditional estate agency service but at a fixed cost so decided to join forces with school friends Justin and Nathan Hemming who run Vision Properties. The Weybridge estate agency will charge a fixed fee on a ‘no sale, no fee’ basis with no upfront costs to the client.
“We have been providing mortgage advice to our clients for over 15 years and have felt that people deserve a better service from the individuals that are meant to be acting in their best interests, the estate agent. The advice seems to be far more focused on what will earn the most commission than the creation of trusted relationships. We, therefore, decided to join forces with Justin and Nathan, who we’ve known for over 30 years, to offer their new vision for estate agents in Surrey,” says Iain Belcher, Regional Manager at Vision Properties, Weybridge.
Vision Properties, Weybridge offers a simple and affordable way to sell your home without compromising on service. The sales package offers home sellers the usual services of RICS approved floor plans, advertising on Rightmove and Zoopla, accompanied viewings, and expert negotiation. However, the client will also receive professional photography and a 3D immersive virtual tour of the property by NicheCom, a valuation by a Regional Manager who will be their main point of contact throughout the selling process, and a specific Move Manager who will progress the sale to completion. The package will cost £3,500 including VAT and is not payable until completion.
