October date in San Antonio announced for “The Art of PMO” workshop led by Rich Butkevic, PMP, CSM

Rich Butkevic, PMP, CSM, who leads “ The Art of PMO” workshops, has announced a new October 2019 date in San Antonio .

The Art of PMO workshops center on helping participants develop a strategic plan for improving their organizations Project Management Office (PMO), or even launching a brand new PMO. Sessions are three hours in length and will include discussions and group work regarding current state analysis, assessment of the “Return on Process” for identified process improvement opportunities, implementation and monitoring of the changes, recommended tools, and more.

Rich Butkevic states: “One of the things I learned through my years as a senior consultant within a variety of Project Management Offices is that, regardless of industry, a well crafted strategy for incrementally improving how projects and portfolios are managed is typically lacking or non-existent. The Art of PMO workshop was developed to help guide leaders through a repeatable process which enables them to identify what opportunities offer the greatest value, given their unique situation and degree of process maturity. Participants will leave the three hour workshop with a clear and concise plan to effectively lead a change effort in their PMO that will drive real-world results.”
